Food - remarkably different. Off the path Q joint with a lot more. The BBQ egg rolls are outstanding, a great idea and never what one goes to a Q joint for. Well played and 5 for food! Service - Good. Can't tell if all family or local school kids, but all personable and kind. Saw them correct a mistake and manager came out to be 100 sure all was ok. Well done. Ambiance - eclectic atmosphere for almost a college town vibe. Love the antique "junk art" feel and prettied up chalk-art. Nice for date night of kids outing. And safe for kids. Highly recommend

This place is amazing!!! The food was so good especially the ribs!!! But everything is really good. Our experience was nothing less than a 5. The owner went above and beyond for our family. And I will be coming back weekly if it's up to me.

Don't let looks fool you! I've passed this place a million times but never ate the food until I read some reviews and wanted some barbecue close to home Great food for take out orders. we will return!

Don't let the hole in the wall place confuse you! This place has amazing food along with amazing service. I'm a wing person so I always get the wings and they have never disappointed me.

Had an outstanding time at Evans barbecue. The food was first class and the atmosphere was very fun and festive. My daughter and I really enjoyed our time sitting outside eating the excellent food. She is gluten-free and the gluten options were great help to her. Highly highly recommend this. Excellent service !!

There's ALWAYS a line up the street around dinner time and there's a good reason. This is a local favorite! The food is excellent and at a really good price. The portions are hearty and the food has a lot of flavor. The service is always great. The best time to visit is in warmer weather. While Evan's has a small but adequate inside dining area, the outside area is perfect in nice weather. There are plenty of picnic tables outside with large umbrellas. The look of the restaurant area is so cute and eclectic from the outside. It invites families to come and enjoy good food together. They have several little buildings as the place has grown over the years and parking can look a little confusing. Park to the right of all the buildings. There is plenty of space on the side.

For starters, this place is ALWAYS crowded and always has a line for to-go, but they are super fast! There is some indoor seating available, but when it's nice outside the picnic tables are great. The food is always good, and I've tried several things here so you can't go wrong!

Wonderful BBQ, our go-to since Wallace BBQ isn't nearby! I have to say that Wallace's is my favorite, and I worked there, but Evans is great food!
